Update on Rhafiik. His gelding went well. He is happy to be in his little herd. He's put on some good weight...pretty much looks like he should....wouldn't mind a little more on him. He loves to be worked with, especially if my daughter is riding her horse...so he has company. Doesn't seem to spook at things, and will follow me anywhere. Doesn't mind a saddle at all, still not crazy about a bit...so we are working on that. He's coming along quite nicely, and is very very loved by us.
Butterfly gets more beautiful everyday as she puts on more and more weight (inside she was always gorgeous). She's shedding like an oak in November. She's incredibly smart and loves the Parelli games, comes trotting when she sees the line in my hand. She just granted my heart's wish. The past 2 glorious days, we've lay with each other in the sun in the paddock listening to the chickens and spring birds.
Thank you, Trish, for your hard work placing these horses in the right homes! I met Wysac today...what a sweetheart! Rhafiik is so perfect for our Arabian family...he is learning so much each day, its amazing...what willing nature. These horses are so fortunate to have had someone care enough about them to do so much to help them.
Trish you are a SAINT for everything you have done with these horses....they are now WARM, FED and BRUSHED. I hope you are now curled up in a WARM couch with your best bud and enjoying a very BIG Marguerita....Thank you for the 3 that I have...they are very sweet horses....they will make you proud!!!
